🥣 CREAMY FALL-FLAVOURED MEAL SOUP
Nothing is more comforting than a hot, creamy soup filled with vitamins at lunchtime or at the end of the day. For a nourishing meal, make sure you have a good amount of protein to meet all your needs (read A Meal Soup in 3 Easy Steps for more details)! In this delicious recipe, the proteins are from vegetable sources and come mainly from chickpeas. They will satisfy you as well as constitute a good source of dietary fibre, transforming your ordinary soup into a real meal soup. To your pots and pans!

🍪 MONSTER COOKIES
Why not take advantage of Halloween to put some creativity into your recipes? Have fun cooking these monster cookies! If you don't have matcha tea, you can easily replace it with a few drops of green food colouring. If you’re looking for the sugar eyes, try a party supply store! This is a great activity to do with your friends or family!

🍝 50% LESS MEAT BOOSTED LASAGNA
This boosted lasagna contains only 50% of the amount of meat used in a traditional lasagna. Other sources of protein include crumbled tofu, cottage cheese and mozzarella cheese. This is a great way to incorporate some plant-based proteins, especially to the more sceptical! Also, for this version, the lasagna pasta is replaced with grilled eggplant and zucchini. An absolute delight! The grilled vegetables are what really make this boosted lasagna sing.

🥕 CARROT PATTIES
An ultra-satisfying carrot patty that can be eaten for breakfast or before a workout. These are JUST PERFECT. They even can be made ahead of time and kept in the freezer for when needed. Just defrost them at room temperature or warm in the microwave for a few seconds and they’re ready to go! In the fall replace the carrot with freshly grated apple!

👻 SPOOKY CHOCOLATE MUFFINS
What is both tasty and terrifying? This delicious recipe for chocolate-flavoured ghost muffins topped with a marshmallow-like Italian meringue. Truth be told, Italian meringue and marshmallow are made in remarkably similar ways! It's THE touch that’ll make these a hit with your family!

🍜 COMFORTING ITALIAN WEDDING SOUP
This Italian Wedding Soup is perfect for chilly weeknights. A truly COMFORTING soup bursting with flavour. A delight for the eyes, the taste buds, and the heart! This soup is perfect for giving a second life those wilted vegetables at the back of the fridge. Peppers, fresh beans, mushrooms, eggplant, cabbage, etc. Just add them at the proper time during the soup cooking process to get the best out of them.

🥗 SCRUMPTIOUS GRILLED CHICKEN, CHICKPEA, AND BUTTERNUT SQUASH SALAD
Nothing beats a high-protein, meal-sized salad for lunch or after a workout. To meet all your protein needs, focus on quality sources that will allow you to feel full. This simple recipe provides two excellent sources of protein: chickpeas, which are also a great source of fibre, and chicken, which will help you feel satiated.

Wow! It’s true food for the soul. With great recipes like these, it’s easier to accept it getting darker earlier at the end of the day. Imagine coming home from the gym, happy with your workout and full of energy, to enjoy a comforting and invigorating fall meal! So let’s make the most of this beautiful season, by exercising outdoors and cooking indoors!
