Frozen treats aren’t always particularly healthy, but who’d want to miss out on them in summer? Certainly not me! Whenever I crave a refreshing popsicle, I turn to banana pops. You only need three ingredients, they’re ultra simple to make, and can be easily altered to everyone’s taste. Just vary the toppings and use your imagination!

Servings: 6
Prep time: 5 minutes
Freezing time: 3 hours

Ingredients
✔  3 bananas, halved
✔  250 ml (½ cup) Greek-style vanilla yogurt
✔  125 ml (½ cup) unsalted almonds, crushed

Steps
1.  Skewer banana halves onto wooden sticks.
2.  Roll banana pops in Greek yogurt and spread on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
3.  Sprinkle with almonds and freeze for 3 hours before serving.

HUBERT'S TIP
''Be creative! Replace almonds with other nut varieties, dried fruit, chocolate chips, funfetti, candy, granola, or grated coconut to vary this recipe depending on the season and your taste!''
