Nowadays, we can learn anything we want from YouTube, simply by asking for it. If you have never seen the Éconofitness YouTube channel, well better late than never! Over the past few months, the Éconofitness Training team has worked hard to improve its YouTube channel. With over 10,000 subscribers and 100% Quebec-based, this fitness channel will impress you with the number of FREE workouts available to you.

Believe it when we say that you will no longer want to go to the gym without this channel. Why? Below is a preview of what to expect if you decide to make our YouTube channel your favorite virtual gym buddy!
 

1 - SPINNING WORKOUTS 🚴
On your mark, get set, start pedaling! Indoor cycling workouts are more accessible than ever thanks to the Éconofitness YouTube channel! Your cell phone, your headphones and one of our many stationary bikes are all you need to go on a virtual ride. Zumba workouts are new on the Éconofitness YouTube channel! In case you didn’t know, Zumba is a workout that combines several dance styles. Moreover, this workout is accessible to everyone because it can readily be adapted to all levels of physical fitness. All Éconofitness gyms offer a 30-minute Express Workout that allows people in a hurry or those who are new to exercising to get a quick and complete cardio and strength workout. Try it, you'll love it! On the Éconofitness YouTube channel, you'll find videos explaining the 3 cardio workout machines and the 8 muscle workout machines. Whether it is before you go to the gym or when you are on-site, you can watch these videos to familiarize yourself with the equipment or simply to refresh your memory. Since these videos also explain how to make various adjustments to the equipment, the information can also be applied to other gym equipment, which will allow you to be even more self-sufficient during your workouts.

These workouts, like GoFitness ATHLETIK for example, can easily be done in a small space at the gym and will push you to the max, both cardio and muscle-wise. This is done with one or two pairs of weights and enough space on each side of you to take two steps. All Éconofitness gyms have a small corner that is perfect for this type of workout. All you have to do is bring your energy and your smile!

You've heard about the effectiveness of burpees, but you're wondering about the right way to perform this exercise? Want to learn various types of squats to vary your workout? Is a "Kettlebell Swing" a type of retro dance for you? Don't worry, it's normal not to have the answers to everything! By browsing through our "How To" YouTube playlist, you are sure to get the answers to many of these questions. You will have access to detailed information about several basic exercises and the proper way to do them. And even if you think you know everything, we do believe you'll learn at least a thing or two by listening to these videos 😉!
 

8 - "WOD” - WORKOUT OF THE DAY 📅
WODs (workout of the day) have skyrocketed in popularity over the past few years. Not to toot our horn (maybe a little!), we are very good at designing WODs! If you're short on workout ideas, you can find some by browsing our "WOD - 15-Minute Workout" YouTube playlist. You will find more than ten workout-of-the-day sessions, such as cardio, weight training, yoga, flexibility, upper body, lower body, etc. There is something for everyone and for all your visits to the gym! Furthermore, these workouts are for everyone, regardless of your fitness level, as there are 3 options for each exercise. You'll even be able to plan several full workout sessions just by using these WODs!
 

9 - WORKOUTS IN THE "BREAKING DOWN WEIGHT LOSS, BULDING YOUR SELF-ESTEEM” GUIDE 💛
