Whether you’re a student or not, the back-to-school period always adds a little excitement to daily life. We instinctively get back to the weekly routine, settling down after a busy summer and suddenly, we’re filled with the need to take care of our bodies and minds.
It’s also at this time that many people decide to start or get back to training at the gym. It may sound a bit cliché, but it’s true!
