7 ACCESSIBLE EXERCISES TO DO AT THE GYM THIS FALL!

Whether you’re a student or not, the back-to-school period always adds a little excitement to daily life. We instinctively get back to the weekly routine, settling down after a busy summer and suddenly, we’re filled with the need to take care of our bodies and minds.

It’s also at this time that many people decide to start or get back to training at the gym. It may sound a bit cliché, but it’s true! So, if this situation applies to you, we’d like to say “welcome” or “welcome back” to your favourite Éconofitness gym! After all, there are so many good
reasons to start or get back into training. It would be a shame to miss out on such a healthy hobby!

Our
Éconofitness YouTube channel has loads of videos with different workouts you can try, but we wanted to show you other simple and accessible exercises for a full-body workout in only one session at the gym.

So, whether you’re returning to the gym after a few weeks off, have been there all summer or are new to the gym, one of these three options will certainly work for you.
