Coached Workout

Designed by Éconofitness’s team of kinesiologists, Coached Workouts are strength training sessions that take place in the group fitness room. A certified coach assists and guides you and corrects your technique if needed.

Work out your whole body at every session by following your own pace in a relaxed atmosphere. Learn how to move properly and discover new effective and wellness-boosting exercises that you’ll be able to reproduce in your own gym workouts.

The Coached Workout is available with a live coach on site in EXTRA gyms.
