That's right! Workouts on the gym's training platform, explained by a coach, offered for free on the Econofitness YouTube channel!
 
These "Gym Workouts” provide exercises you can do directly on the cardiovascular and weight machines found in all Econofitness gyms across the province! Each video contains a short, specific training program created to be effective and accessible for all. A kinesiologist will provide coaching throughout the workout to ensure proper form.

We are very proud and excited to offer these types of training videos! We've been wanting to make fitness more accessible through guided workouts for so long! 💪 THEY HELP MOTIVATE YOU
There's nothing like having a pre-planned, guided program right on your phone and in your headphones to get and keep you motivated to go to the gym. The moves are straightforward and accessible for all, so you're guaranteed to get a good and effective workout, regardless of your fitness level.

These workouts are designed to be short (about 30 minutes) and the exercises will keep your muscles stimulated.  They are a great way to maximize your time and effort!
 
🤯 THEY TAKE AWAY ALL THE GUESSWORK
Thanks to our on-demand "Gym Workout” videos, the days of trying to remember your workout program or having to read it on your phone's small screen are over. All you have to do is open the YouTube app, select the "Gym Workout" corresponding to the type of workout you want, and press "PLAY."

Then, simply follow the coach's instructions. The only thing you'll need to think about is counting your reps, unless you ask your workout partner to do it for you!
 
🏋 THEY HELP YOU LEARN THE PROPER FORM
Throughout the workouts, the coach will make sure to give you all the necessary instructions to perform each exercise or movement correctly and with safety and efficiency in mind.

You'll also notice that the coaches are pretty chatty. They continue to provide encouragement and relevant information even during breaks. With them, you get free entertainment and a free workout! You'll forget that they're not actually there with you, and you'll be able to use their advice to correct your form by watching yourself in the gym's mirrors.

And don't worry, all the information provided in each video will be fully explained by the coach. By the end of each workout, you will definitely have learned something new. You’ll know which techniques to use to perform the exercises properly as well as the benefits they have on your body.

How many times during your last few workouts have you taken a break that was much longer than expected? We get chatting with our workout partner or spend a little too much time checking social media and, whoops, we forget to start our next round. It happens, and it's not a big deal!

However, doing a "Gym Workout" will help you stick to the suggested rest periods and maximize each minute spent at the gym, which may even make the workout more effective.
