BREAKFAST BOWLS: BEAUTIFUL AND DELICIOUS!

Breakfast bowls, also known as smoothie bowls, are a current food trend. For a nutritious breakfast bowl, make sure to add a mix of ingredients: Greek yogourt, fruit, nuts, seeds, etc.

Use what you have at home, but keep in mind that it has to be attractive (that’s right, that’s the point of a breakfast bowl)!

You’ll probably want to take a picture and share it on Instagram. (#smoothiebowl 😛 -  And add #econofitness, because we want to see your yummy creations too.)
 
Here’s our recipe:
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogourt
  • ½ cup raspberries
  • 1 tsp granola
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp pumpkin seeds
  • Any other ingredient you feel like adding...

If you mix everything together, it’s a lot less attractive, but it will still be great! 😉
