NATURAL POST-WORKOUT SHAKE
Preparation time: 5 minutes
✔ 1 ripe banana
✔ 125 ml (½ cup) strawberries
✔ 250 ml (1 cup) soy beverage
✔ 15 ml (1 tbsp.) plain peanut butter
✔ 15 ml (1 tbsp.) cocoa
