NATURAL POST-WORKOUT SHAKE​

Ingredients

  1 ripe banana
  125 ml (½ cup) strawberries
   250 ml (1 cup) soy beverage
  15 ml (1 tbsp.) plain peanut butter
  15 ml (1 tbsp.) cocoa

"Add 125 ml (½ cup) of quick rolled oats and 15 ml (1 tbsp.) of ground flaxseed to get a breakfast smoothie!"
