It was only natural for Éconofitness to extend its mission, which is to make fitness accessible to as many Quebeckers as possible, to school-aged children and adolescents, targeting in particular the age groups most at risk of being sedentary, that is, those ages 9 to 17.

Jennifer Pelletier, kinesiologist and fitness director at Éconofitness, shares with us five fitness trends to watch in the coming year.

Since 2013, Éconofitness has been offering people quality gyms at very low prices to make fitness accessible to as many people as possible. However, some false beliefs persist, and the time has come to separate myth from fact.

Québec, Monday, February 4, 2019 - Éconofitness, which currently operates more than 60 gyms in Quebec, is pleased to announce the upcoming opening of its first EXTRA gym in the city of Québec area. This first EXTRA gym in the region, the largest of the chain with a total floor area of 24,000 ft², will sport the company’s colours and offer a wide range of new training equipment, all in the vast, bright, and easily accessible space.
