I underwent a physical AND psychological transformation.
💛 WHEN DID YOU START YOUR FITNESS JOURNEY?
In January 2012.
🖤 WHY DID YOU START YOUR FITNESS JOURNEY?
I needed to lose weight; I was starting to worry about my health. I was also told that it would help reduce my anxiety, as I work in a pretty stressful industry.
💛 WHAT HABITS HAVE YOU CHANGED?
My whole diet and my lifestyle in general. I’m much more active and work out several times a week.
🖤 WHAT HAS BEEN THE OUTCOME AND WHAT ARE THE POSITIVE ASPECTS OF YOUR NEW LIFESTYLE?
I’ve lost 115 pounds! I’m less depressed and sleep a lot better. I feel much better in my skin and clothes. My last health check was perfect (especially when compared with the one before I started losing weight). I feel and look younger than I did ten years ago!
💛 WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE TO SOMEONE WHO WANTS TO UNDERTAKE A JOURNEY SIMILAR TO YOURS?
Start gradually. Don’t hesitate to meet with a trainer or nutritionist to understand what you need to do to succeed. After that, it’s important to be constant and persevere!
