I underwent a physical and psychological transformation.

🖤 WHY DID YOU START YOUR FITNESS JOURNEY?
I no longer felt good in my body, and it was making me unhappy. Little by little, I began to experience physical pain associated with my excess weight. The day I realized that I was limited in my movements and physical activities, everything changed! I was ready to change my lifestyle.
💛 WHAT HABITS HAVE YOU CHANGED?
I started playing sports and eating healthy. First, I made small changes in my life. For example, before my journey began, I used to drive to school. Then, I decided to walk to get there. With regard to my diet, I gradually became a vegetarian.
🖤 WHAT HAS BEEN THE OUTCOME AND WHAT ARE THE POSITIVE ASPECTS OF YOUR NEW LIFESTYLE?
I have lost over 150 pounds since April 2017. Before that, I was limited to plus size stores, but not anymore! The size of my jeans went from a size 24 to a size 8! I finally regained confidence in myself!
💛 WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE TO SOMEONE WHO WANTS TO UNDERTAKE A JOURNEY SIMILAR TO YOURS?
Push on! Set small goals for yourself and focus on one goal at a time. Recognize each little change and small result as something VALID and EXTRAORDINARY. Don’t give up! We only have one body that we must keep healthy! One last tip: never compare yourself to others. Each person transforms at their own pace.
