👟How many times a week do you exercise for at least 30 minutes?
A) Monday to Thursday, and once on the weekend. Any fewer than 5 times and I don’t feel good about myself: 4 points.
B) To give myself time to recover, I work out on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, and once on the weekend: 3 points.
C) With two kids, I manage to get in two workouts a week: 2 points.
