No outdoor shoes are allowed in the gym. Please help us maintain a clean environment!
Locker use is free but reserved for members who are working out. You must empty your locker when leaving the gym.
Bring your own padlock. We are not responsible for lost or stolen belongings.
Out of respect for your fellow members, wipe machines down after each use. The use of a towel is mandatory.
Always return free weights to the appropriate rack after each use.
Shower use costs $1/3 min.
30-MINUTE EXPRESS CIRCUIT ZONE
How it works:
Green light: START
Red light: CHANGE STATION
Start your workout with an 8-minute warm-up on the stationary bike. Gradually increase your speed, then maintain the desired pace.
Each machine is numbered. Start with your preferred exercise and complete your circuit in numerical order. Note that strenght training stations alternate with cardio stations.
When the light turns green, start exercising at your own rhythm, for 60 seconds. When the light turns red, prepare to go to the next station. Use the time in between to rest.
For optimal results, we recommend completing the 30-minute express circuit two to three times a week with a one-day interval between each workout.
